Daily Chat keeps iterating fast within the window: on August 19 it added a voice mode built right into the chat, and on August 31 a "Bio" feature that remembers personal details so users don't have to repeat them, both confirmed literally in the official release notes. Neither expands platform availability, which already covered iPhone, iPad, Mac, Android and web before the previous sweep, so there's no reason to move the integration axis. Trustpilot still has very few reviews and no new activity within the window.

This sweep corrects one figure: the App Store review count published on August 12 ("over 35,000") doesn't hold up. The official listing, checked twice today independently against the HTML's own JSON-LD, shows 4.9 out of 5 across 3,253 reviews, nearly an order of magnitude fewer. Today's figure is published and the correction is logged in the discards record. Google Play, with no prior data point, adds 4.2 out of 5 across 2,784 reviews. No billing complaint or community thread dated within the August 12–September 2 window turned up, so the score stays unchanged.

The annual pricing confusion hasn't been resolved and got a new wrinkle: alongside "Genius Annual" ($129) and "Genius Annual Offer" ($99), a "Genius Monthly Offer" of $17.99 appeared, pricier than the regular $14.99 "Genius Monthly", with no visible explanation. The App Store rating ticks up slightly, from 253 to 258 reviews (4.8 to 4.9). A previously uncited independent press source is added, The Guardian (April 2026), with a notably more critical read than The New Yorker's: it describes the answers as repetitive and questions whether the value is worth the price.
